We were very impressed with James. He was prompt in returning messages and availability, knowledgeable, and able to put computer-ese into our language. He spent as much time as necessary to be sure that we understood how to make the computer work. He listened to our concerns and needs and provided answers and financially feasible options. He told us how much it would cost. He went above and beyond. We will surely be having him continue to be our tech support. (It's also very nice to have a senior discount for those times when we're stuck in using the computer!) I have already recommended him to a friend.
